REFUND/CREDIT POLICY

Fasttrax Motorcycle Performance will issue refunds or credits when requested by an event participant using the following schedule.

Months are based on calendar date and weeks are a full 7 days. Example: for an event scheduled July 10th, 1 month prior is June 10th and one week prior is July 3rd.

Refunds are based on the cost of the original event purchase or the actual cost of the gift certificate(s) used to purchase the event, whichever is lower. No refunds will be issued 2 months or less before an event.

All store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Credits are based on the cost of the original event purchase and can be used in lieu of payment for future events, but have no cash value.

If the request is made:

• More than 2 months before an event, we will issue either a full refund minus 5% processing fee or a 100% store credit.
• 2 months or less, but more than 1 month before an event, we will issue 100% store credit.
• 1 month or less, but more than 2 weeks before an event we will issue 50% store credit.
• 2 weeks or less, but more than 1 week before an event we will issue 25% store credit.
• 1 week or less before an event no credit will be issued.
